Olympic Torch In Penticton, my Hometown.

It was a significant day for all Penticton
Town-Dwellers: Olympic Torch came to Penticton
on the way from Athens to Vancouver Winter
Olympic Center in Whistler! Pentictonites where
exited: Lots of us were lining up the streets,
anxiouslywaiting for the mussalchee (Torch Holder)
... for most of us its once in a lifetime opportunity
to see the Torch with our own eyes...

Penticton's Main and Martin Streets were overflowing,
and Community Center was packed. My daughter had
a privilege to hold the torch with her little hands,
while her picture was taken. Needless to say..she
was thrilled, and now she is very very proud of herself
to receive such an honor.

Now Torch is on the way to Vancouver Olympic Center:
We think of all the Athletes and Wish them to succeed:
In Best of Health, Strength, Focus, Peace of Mind.
We know that winning is important to you, but should
that Gold Medal elude you this time around, by participating,
you are already a Gold medalist in our hearts.
